In a nutshell, Cactus makes premium quality, handcrafted. We're confident they won't let you down. We believe in making stuff that will last and can be enjoyed for years and years. Depending on the product, where and how often you use it, all products will eventually wear out over time. Although we don't warranty wear and tear - we still believe in the longevity of a product so we offer a repair service to keep your Cactus gear going, and going, and going ...

REPAIRS:

If you have a repair you would like done, you will need to return it to us. We require your product to be scrupulously, meticulously & immaculately clean. Our staff will not touch them otherwise and our precision machinery hates dirt. If repairs arrive dirty, you will be required to pay a cleaning fee prior to the garment being repaired. Please include a detailed note with your details inside the courier bag and send it to: Cactus Outdoor, 90 Fitzgerald Ave, Christchurch, 8011, New Zealand.

WARRANTIES:

All Cactus products are warrantied to the original owner against faulty materials (excluding zips and domes which will be assessed case-by-case) or workpersonship for the life of the product. We repair or replace at our discretion. This warranty in no way limits your protection under relevant consumer protection legislation. If you have a warranty enquiry, please return the product to us (include a detailed note). We'll assess the product, determine if it's a warranty issue and either perform the repair or contact you to discuss the options.

We are so confident in the durability and robustness of our packs that we offer a "no questions asked" free repair service for 5 years from the purchase date of your:

• Patrol
• Huntaway
• Miklat

T's&C's

• Guarantee is valid for 5 years from date of purchase and only applies to the original owner.
• Guarantee does not cover commercial use (e.g., packs brought through a commercial discount or account).
• Guarantee applies to all applicable pack sales from 11 November 2016 onwards.
• Guarantee includes zips, buckles, etc.
• All repairs must be carried out by Cactus Outdoor Ltd.
• All repairs will be carried out to a standard deemed acceptable by Cactus Outdoor Ltd.
• Excludes freight charges
